I founded Bartminn International in 2021 to provide expert engineering consulting for offshore wind, solar, and major infrastructure projects. With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in innovation management, risk assessment, and sustainable design. My goal is to drive efficiency, safety, and value in every project.

Before launching my firm, I led the Civil Engineering Department for Offshore Wind at RWE Innogy, managing technical risks and project development. My experience spans structural engineering, offshore foundations, and forensic engineering. At Bartminn International, we combine deep expertise with forward-thinking solutions to shape the future of construction and renewable energy.
